The restaurant can serve the dishes according to your preferred way of cooking but they also have their specialty sauces which is what they usually prepare by default.<\/p>\n<p>We requested for Calamari and Tempura style for the Squid and prawns respectively. They also served vegetable soup using the stock from the various seafood that was served to us.<\/p>\n<p>-The lobster was served grilled which highlighted the freshness of the catch<br \/>\n-The crab was cooked in a spicy sambal sauce<br \/>\n-The clams were cooked in an orange sauce (which was also good-not sure what type of sauce that is)<br \/>\n-The fish was really big and fresh but we would have wanted a diff preparation (this can be improved)<\/p>\n<p>The best thing about this is everything just amounted to Php 7-8k or IDR 2,000,000 including fresh juices.
