We have been in restaurant business for a long time, one of our restaurants is Bawang Merah Beachfront Restaurant at Kelan beach, Jimbaran Bay. Here we serve many kinds of food, local and international foods, seafood, red and white meat.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Indri is the owner as well as the masterchef and she will make sure to cover your various needs and requirements, for that reason we provide not only seafood and meat but also gluten free meals, normal vegetarian and jain vegetarian menu, and a children menu. All our catering food is pork-free.<\/p>\n<p>Balinese cuisine\u00a0is always exotic and interesting, and has a lot of flavours. The spices used range from light until complete. Quality and presentation from basic until very luxury, depends on to whom will be served. Levels range from <em>Makanan<\/em> over <em>Ajengan<\/em> to <em>Rayunan<\/em>. Rayunan is considered the highest class with well selected material that\u2019s perfectly prepared, professionally cooked, and beautifully presented.
