Super fresh and live caught seafood from the day with very serene and calm views over the shoreline. The restaurant can serve the dishes according to your preferred way of cooking but they also have their specialty sauces which is what they usually prepare by default.
We requested for Calamari and Tempura style for the Squid and prawns respectively. They also served vegetable soup using the stock from the various seafood that was served to us.
-The lobster was served grilled which highlighted the freshness of the catch
-The crab was cooked in a spicy sambal sauce
-The clams were cooked in an orange sauce (which was also good-not sure what type of sauce that is)
-The fish was really big and fresh but we would have wanted a diff preparation (this can be improved)The best thing about this is everything just amounted to Php 7-8k or IDR 2,000,000 including fresh juices. Not bad at all
